Stockland are proud to be the first developer in Australia to offer the Green Building Council of Australia’s new Green Star Homes standard. Lot 163 is the first Green Star certified home on the market at Waterlea.

Launched by the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) in August 2021, Green Star Homes is a new national standard to certify homes that meet healthy, resilient and climate positive criteria.

The home will also include an Energy monitoring device connected to the home’s switchboard. The resident will also have access to the data generated from these devices.
